Terry, as sick as you sound from your posts, I think detoxing is the most

important thing to master now that you have a killing method. there are many

herbs that aid the different systems of the body that have never been known to

have antimicrobial properties. Milk thistle for the liver, red root for

stimulating fluid drainage from the lymphatic system, spleen, skin, the liver,

and assists the respitory system

(*http://www.lyme-symptoms.com/LymeDiseaseInfo/detoxSystems.html). dandelion

leaves, root and flower, stinging nettle and ginger are all good for most

detoxification and excretory systems. There are many more. eleuthero is benign

and good for the metabolism and immune system. helping circulation and blood

flow is very helpfull too, hawthorn berry, ginko, tienchi ginseng are all good

for this. Your doctor is wise beyond his profession recommending immune

support. I have never read it, but imagine this is also great for detoxing from

anything too, as well as being a great killing method and biofilm buster. You

should research all these things and start with small doses. Immune system

boosters should be recommended by lyme books or professional herbalists as lyme

can increase aspects of the immune system that do not bother the lyme , but

their overstimulation can harm you potentially, like the way allergies and

fevers can harm people. I personally take practically everything I can get my

hands on (mostly pulsed) and have had no problems, but I have no allergies and a

" slow immune system, " according to ma dukes. Also an organic diet and probably

mineral suppliments are pretty nessicary. This is just the tip of the iceberg

if you really want to get into it.

you in the long run.You obviously have  serious case of lyme and the samento

and especially banderol is very very powerful killers of lyme.you MUST d3etox

even if it doesnt feel good at first. As your load of toxins lowers  the

symptoms will lessen

Thats funny you mention that, I was just writing about it at the same time as

you. I personally, would go with what your doc says, he seems to know his

stuff. herbs deffinately dont seem to cause the massive encysting antibiotics

do though, At least in me, I never had single herx from all the doses of

different antibiotics I had. I would just get better, even the times I waited

so long for treatment that my immune system had beat the acute out break and I

was with few symptoms, no herx. As soon as I was taking herbal immune support

and Buhners core protocol, even along witht eh antibiotics (which the lyme had

come right through by that point) I had herxes for months. I guess there are

also a couple studies you refer to about these herbs. But why risk it, and I

dont know anything about spirochete growth patterns. Western herbalists, even

Buhner, give good information about supportive herbs but get caught in the

western mentality of allopathic killing of the bug, which other traditions

ignore because they dont have in vitro studies. Cowden talks about the body

being either vulnerable or invulnerable to disease, but then his protocol is

three quarters killing herbs.

Dude, Rosner commented that rocephin IV was the worst offender for

encysting. I really hope these are not all biofilms and cysts in your brain.

But it does make some sense, at least to this novice. If you have read all my

recent posts Im also hoping you will research and try MMS, It seems to detoxify

the toxins somehow and it works at a moderate pace rather than the coil which

seems to be a lot for you at this point (any one else on this group would have

more insight into this than I do, as Ive only coiled once). MMS also works on

biofilms.

Take it easy bud, Cameron.
