Guest guest
Over the past few months I have developed a constant " stream of noise " in my ears. While sometimes the " volume " is less, sometimes it's more and very distracting when in a quiet environment. I've had one doctor tell me it's because my blood pressure was too high. I have a BP machine at home and take my pressure everyday due to hypertension. Many days when the noise is high, my BP is " normal. " I saw a doctor last week who looked in my throat, nose and ears and ordered a hearing test for next week. Does anyone in the group have this problem ? I've been on Oxycontin, Ativan and Xanax for several months prior to becoming aware of this condition. I can't say it's getting worse, but it bothers me that it isn't getting better. Thanks for any input. Steve K.
