Guest guest Posted January 1, 2008 Report Share Posted January 1, 2008 It is one of our biggest fleas. Our biggest problem in dealing with it has always been a spontaneous defensive tactic. I agree with you about identifing the flea, but generally speaking when someone is going to criticize you they don't give you the opportunity to stop and think about what you feel in your gut. Most people just charge in there with their criticism. I also agree with you when given the opportunity and maybe with practice listening to the other person remarks could/should eventually change our responses. You are right too about being able to name the trait. (all of our traits) only when you name them can you change them. HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL!
