Only when I'm on a cell phone, lol. Usually my head just feels generally dizzy, and like a giant water balloon perched atop a sore, tight neck. I can induce vertigo by bending over so that I'm looking straight at the ground.

Has anyone had the symptom where they feel there brain is pulling them right or left?
