thats weird when i take it my whole body hurts very achy knees,fingers etc..I am taking it three times a day 2 pills each time.

In response to your question about herxing to activated charcoal.... My experience has been the following. When I first started taking charcoal, i felt achey all over and my muscles hurt at approx. 1 hr after taking it. It would last for a few hours and then go away. After a couple of months of taking it every other day between lunch and dinner, I no longer had this feeling. If I dont take it for a couple weeks, and then start it up again the same thing happens. My conclusion is that it is pulling toxins as I experienced the same thing when I took clay and cholestyramine. Good luck!CherieSent from my HTC on the Now Network from Sprint!
