I have taken charcoal as a binder after rifing (and at other times) and I found

it helped to cut down on the intensity of my herx when I did. This of course I

took right after rifing and going to bed. I have taken it at other times for

other things too, like upset stomach and it didn't produce a herx for me at any

other time.

If you were taking charcoal without rifing first, my question would be why? Of

course everyone reacts different, so no telling for you. But I would pay

attention to what you are eating or drinking before you took the charcoal.

Also, the type of charcoal you are taking - could it be suspect? I would also

ask what brand of charcoal you are taking? I might be suspicious if it is truly

the charcoal of there being other ingredients in it???? Perhaps not activated

charcoal?

I found the activated charcoal did a great job short term. But, Cholestyramine tended to give me a little bit longer term relief. Taken together they worked even better (I took cholestyramine about 1 hour before the charcoal). I still prefer plain charcoal though in my case as it is more natural and the herxes have gone down to the point to where they are a minor nuisance rather than major pain. If I feel the herx escalating too much, another charcoal tends to help. But, you do need to be careful when you take it. I try to take it on an empty stomach some time after I've eaten a meal so it doesn't interfere with that. And of course I don't take it at any time around when I do my supps or MMS either.

I am thinking i need to stay away from any killing protocol except coiling for now as i cant get over herxes it seems.I did my infra sauna tonight for 30 minutes and some say it doesnt cause a herx but i am not believing it cause i feel worse than earlier and i didnt think that could be possible cause that was real bad but this is worse
