Guest guest
Terry, Our family had the same problem. Our LLMD recommended a cream called Weleda Skin Food, and also Weleda foot cream. It's sold in health food stores. If you put it on every day, you will notice a difference in a couple of weeks. Guest guest
Something that we have done in the past that has worked very well for us. Before bed rub a very generous coating of Vaseline on your feet the put on a pair of socks and go to bed. As for cracks that go through the skin I would use triple antibiotic ointment like Neosporin into the crack then Vaseline over everything. When I heard about this remedy my first thought was that there was no way I could sleep like that. By the time I did it I was in agony and it worked wonders. I kicked myself for not doing it sooner. If you have sweaty feet make sure that you at the very least change your socks at least once a day. If you can wash your feet between sock changes. Guest guest
We googled lyme lots for research purposes and one day came across photos of really damaged looking feet under heading photos of Lyme. They looked like my pas feet. Not sure about the cracks as the rest look like fungus etc but wasn’t.   But pa gets the cracks too! Guest guest
I haven’t found an article that says so for sure only the fungus style pictures, but it was years before they were recognised as lyme damage and an amazing amount of lymies do get cracked feet? Maybe the lack of circulation to the area? Not sure From: Lyme_and_Rife [mailto:Lyme_and_Rife ] On Behalf Of T.BSent: Wednesday, 1 August 2012 7:18 AMTo: Lyme_and_Rife Subject: RE: extremely dry cracked feet So then lyme can cause severe dry feet?Subject: RE: extremely dry cracked feetTo: Lyme_and_Rife Date: Tuesday, July 31, 2012, 2:07 AM Yes my pa has Lyme and has had this problem. Guest guest
Thanks Jim, I wear sandals constantly around the house year round, and quite frequently when I go out--unless I have to walk quite a bit. I need the support of running shoes if I'm going to be on my feet any length of time. I've tried almost everything--but not MMS or ACV--yet. I wear old running shoes when I work outside, so my feet are enclosed quite a bit, but it seems to be a necessary evil. I also wear elastic ankle braces almost constantly, which makes my sandals look funny. So running shoes are usually a better option if I'm in public. But sometimes I don't care! It's been so hot, so I've left my ankle braces and ugly toenails out in full view quite a bit lately. After my hip surgery, when I couldn't reach my feet to trim my own nails, I got pedicures (without polish). The extra attention to my feet seemed to help quite a bit, but I don't have the patience to do all that myself, and I don't want to spend the money for it, either. I don't even soak my feet often enough ... I pack a little too much (for me to handle) into each day, and once my energy is gone, there's a lot that just doesn't get done. Oh well ...
