It is an anti oxidant with its resveratrol that it contains but it is also used in treatment for killing lyme and co. I will also answer your other question about Essiac.While it has detox properties it is most directed at killing some forms of cancer.i do not rely on essiac as my only detoxifying agent.Burdock is a liver cleansing herb which helps Slippery elm coats the intestines, may possibly help elimination .But no Dont rely on it as an only detox.i havent found it that effective for myself, others find it more effective

I know you are trying terry , just try to absorb what the article I copy and pasted to the group says and you will understand the process more.The moment you take a detoxifier and it gets into your body , it will make you feel worse until it is processed by the liver and sent with bile into the intestine to be caught by the binder.

Its the process of reabsorbtion that makes you feel worse, but it will get better the more often you detox.Right now would sY say that you probably need to do detox like 4 times a day and aalso at bedtime ,.the article says take the binder 1/2 hour before and 1/2 hour after the detoxifier. to make sure it catches as mjuch as it can, but any binder will not hold all the toxins each time, so you have to do it again

..IT is complicated and yes i know you feel worse , but stick with it .It will make you feel better . DR Klinghardt says it could take up to6 months to a year before some people start to feel a difference , even when they detox often and regularly.But you will feel better eventually , it just takes time

Ony my opinion but microsilica is a waste of money especially if you are already doing clays and such .I aksed doug P about it and as he is an associate of Dr Klighardt and he didnt think it necessary. Thank Sue and Jan,

I saw a a video of dct K who was saying that microsilica was 500 time more powerfull than the most powerfull chelator

the dangerous DMPS . But microsilica has no side effect and doe snot remove the minerla if I remember well . Hoever as it mobelise a lot of heavy metals

as they lives their is the vancant place of the ions in th ecells they were occupyed that need sto be filled with the right minerlas so it needs added minerla becaus eof a good reason .

Sorry if my understanding is not perfect . So to me it si superbe . micro or not I guess it might work to take the simple silica that we can find very cheap I remeber the simple powder made me feel so wired when I took it no tknowing what it was that it might work also ( I took a tea spoon !instead of a gell as a try at this time (7 years ago) and my husband had received a big jug full of the powder so the reis a way to get it very chepa I guess i am going to go for this direction .
