I think athan has it in a nutshell. The risks of using these pain

killers vary from person to person. I had no evidence of varicies,

normal INR, no IBD -- so was told to take Advil pre-tx. With those

conditions, advil would become a greater risk than tylenol -- although

the danger of tylenol's toxicity didn't change.
