I believe sitting at a computer is one of the worst things you can do.

When I started out with my pain I would sit here for hours and hours trying to

find a cure or magical treatment, or the best doctor in the land.

When mine went up in smoke one morning at 3 am while I was researching. It took

Dell almost 2 weeks get one shipped. About the third day I woke feeling better

than I had for a long time I’ve learned to keep my

computer time cut way down and I feel better for doing it.
