and the most effective the only one I do as nothign works for me

colonics colemans aenemas and low volume cofee aenema .I do use the welchol as absorber

last but not theleast we fight fungus tha tis a big issue with ABX .I foudn themost effective ways were for me Radiac , lufenuron, lugol iodine rmaping up to 20 drop sa day , and ozone insufflation with a medical grade ozone generator .

we avoid ABX here because of cysts and because the coil and rife does the same job .

I have been reading all of the e-mails for the last couple weeks & to be honest with you I'm confused & overwelmed. I'm currently on doxycycline 300 mg twice daily & amoxil 1500mg twice daily & I'm just curious to what kind of detox i should use, i take culturelle every night but idk if thats enough. I started the abx about a year ago, my dr added the amoxil in may & I herxed really bad, it was the worst i have herxed since starting the abx, idk if the amoxil is too high of a dose or if its because i'm not getting rid of the toxins. If anyone could give me some ideas it would be greatly appreciated!!! Thx Darla

I'm just wondering if anyone here has the MTHFR mutation and if so, what are you doing to support detoxing. My husband is homozygous A1298C and my son is compound heterozygous A1298C and C677T. Both mutations effect methylation and detox. They are both currently taking methylfolate and methyl B12 but I wonder if there is anything else that they could be taking to help.Thanks!Barb

and there is rhyzol and homozone that have a good reputation too. I took rhyzol at some point ozonated essential oil and it idi a good job for my gut

itmakes me thinks I should do it again .

Thanks Marie , its an intestinal bug that is re occurring with me.I havent found the culprit virus that keep having me get this but i will eventually after other things are cleared away..Currently Im working on clearing a chronic staph infection , so that might be part of this, i dont know
