Hiinteresting, would are cavitations? i have a low grade infection possibly, the dentist is not sure or is vague in his answers to me. he wanted to pull my tooth. If there is a low grade infections can it be healed with lazer? and what kind of injections. I have a root canal where the low grade infection is.ThanksDamarise

I am looking at cavitation surgery with an oral surgeon.I have seen a number of biological dentists andan oral surgeon. One of my cavitations shows upon pano xrays, but the others are unclear.It is my understanding that they do not show upon xrays until they are very advanced...I would like to get opinions on this responsebelow, I gotfrom an ND/DDS's office regarding cavitation treatment.True/false/hoax? actually, only the most advanced cavitations need surgery. Dr. XX has a protocol whereby he can remove the cavitations with a series of three injections at the sight and laser once a week for three weeks. The cost is $75.00 per site and $55.00 for laser. The injections are homeopathic and no surgery is required. He treated seven cavitation sites for me and a year later, xrays were clear. I did have surgery on one that was too big to treat with injections but I avoided surgery on the other ones and was able to retain my teeth rather than having to pull them. The initial consultation fee is $250.00 and he will spend an hour with you. He will need a panoramic xray to diagnos the extent of the cavitations.
