Hey Jim,

I was wondering if lyme likes magnesium and uses it...how is taking it

transdermally better than taking it orally.

If your body absorbs it transdermally, then it will still be available for the

lyme to use.

Just curious. I am using oral mag and have been for a year now. Before using

it, I was so stiff in the mornings and had to move around before I loosened up.

After taking oral mag, within 2 weeks I noticed huge improvements and now I do

not experience any muscle or joint stiffness.

This symptom did not change until I added magnesium and I only add or change 1

thing at a time and wait 30 days before I add or change anything else.

I was terribly constipated before the magnesium. Even taking oral mag 1000 mg

twice a day, I still had to take senokot twice a day in order to keep things

moving. I have gradually weaned off senokot and now I am going to cut back to

500 mg twice a day on my magnesium because stools are getting too loose.

Sorry to take so much of your time. But I need to buy some more magnesium, and

I wanted your input before I did.

Thank you so much!

Cherie

PS I have ready your posts about mag oil since I joined 3 months ago or more,

but forgive my forgetfulness.

Thanks again!
