jan i never thought beet root juice could cause such a reaction but evidently it can from what i read..I thought it was just juice..

..Terry , beet juice is a known liver detoxifier.Try to remember that manuka honey is not "oh its just honey' its not just honey , manuka honey has a substance from the particular tree that is very potent.My daughter ate a whole jar of it in 3 days and cured her strep throat ( but then she rarely takes any medication at all).For those of us with a chronic illness start with very very little.
