Guest guest
Hi, Lorraine. With my stenosis, I find that prescription strength Naprosyn works good. I find that on days that I don't take it the pain is worse and the dr. says that is because of swelling around the spinal cord. You said that you are on some kind of pain pills, why not ask your dr. to add the Naprosyn, too. Love and gentle hugs, Debi/So. I got my copy from my doctor and also will send/fax that to you. Contact me at bennie@... as I also have a survey and a sample letter you can give to your doctor. I don't know if we are allowed to mention other online resources but the American Pain Foundation and National Foundation for Pain have samples of packets that you can fill out to help your doctor and you can validate your pain. This documentation also helped me when I went to apply for disability. I was approved first time with no lawyer and I owe it to having all the documentation. Contact me and I will get it to you.
