Yes I have had 2 in the last 2 years and my Pain has gotton

worse not better plus I know there is nerve damage because the pain

shois down my left arm and can hardly use it. Very depresing

I have the pain from lumbar surgeries and injuries. Also, I have

fibromyalgia and extensive scarring. Surgeries are triggers too and

also RSD and Chronic nerve disorders result. I have been told not to

have any more than I have to as the response will react and happen to

anything else that is done. I have a misaligned Sacroiliac Joint from

a auto accident and I have to wear a sacro iliac belt to keep my joint

from separating.

I also obtained a herniated disc from this auto accident four months

after lumbar spine surgery with instrumentation.

Medication and Physical therapy that stretches the muscle to keep more

scar tissue from forming and separating the layers of scar tissue I

have.

Also. listening and don't overdue any areas that would be a trigger for

a fibro flare.
