Well, has this type of seizure happened to anyone? I had a seizure in 1979 and I was totally unconscious for a few minutes. My husband performed CPR on me because my heart stopped beating and I stopped breathing. After I vomited, I was partially conscious, but not enough to be aware of my surroundings. They rushed me by ambulance to the hospital where they ran tests on me most of the day. Their conclusion was. . . you better take her back to who ever did her brain surgery or you are going to lose her. So, it was another 90 mile trip by ambulance to the hospital that did my AN surgery. Fortunately I pulled out of it. The doctors said that I had a seizure and they took me off of the anti-seizure medicine that I was on. I havn't had any trouble since then with seizures.
