(was) Dry Mouth? (now) Cymbalta and nerve pain

When did you start on Cymbalta? Did you have depression too? I was given samples of Cymbalta by my PC but I've never taken it because I found out my insurance won't cover it. The pain is so bad though that I'm wondering if I should go ahead and try it and then pay for it somehow.

Sometimes I will drink rasberry tea or flavored lemonades just to have something with taste, but 90% of the time it is water. water water water.....all day. As far as the Poise..I'm grateful I haven't gotten to that yet. Maybe it's because the restroom at work is just right here and the one at home is just as close! If either were any further I might have to consider them!! LOL Remember, I am still a Newbie to this MS stuff anyway.

Tammy,…….sucking on hard candy is suppose to help with dry mouth. If you are watching sugar, there are sugar free ones too. Lemon drops are good ones. Also, there is a medicine they use for Sjogrens Syndrome which is a drying disease, and its suppose to help with adding moisture to the body/mouth, etc. You can probably find it by doing a search for the above disease.

Yes, he will pay some, then we'll ask "Where's the REST of it?" and when he waffles, and he will waffle, we'll gently (*not*) break the news to him. And his little dog, too!

NEXT time, Akiba, get a formal rental agreement with signatures signed by a notary

public. We used to rent a small apartment underneath our large home way back

when we were more well off, and we always did that! Worked fine! Fingers crossed!

Love to you, and anyone else on our list in the same bind! n

Well he Did come across with some...basically tossed $300 to Rob on his way out the door...Rob is going to have a "little chat" with him when he gets back this evening...tell him that that is NOT acceptable and he needs to find another place to live. Jimmy's take is "nobody's f****ng with My money" and Rob said "Hey Jimmy you're f****ng with MY money!!!" So I think he knows....or suspects...

Nope. He just came in and gave me $10 and said there's the rest of the money...huh? Methinks not. Rob is gone for the day but will be having that little discussion with him later on...

Akiba-

In a situation like this...No matter if he pays some or all, he'd be gone. To me, he sounds like an ungrateful low-life who sponges off of anyone he can. I know people like him. I'm embarrassed to say, I was once married to someone like Jimmy. They go through life acting as if the world owes them something and their s--- don't stink.

I hope this gets better for you soon. God bless...Val

He will be gone, we just have to pin him down long enough to talk to him. This month is our 10th anniversary and I told Rob that what I want to celebrate it is Jimmy Gone And His Doggone Dog Gone!

He has been bringing this woman home at night and they're in there All night, and I do not like it in the least. I have a young son who is wondering why Jimmy has this woman in his room, and is she moving in? No, I said, Jimmy is moving Out.

Now I have nothing against people of other races, one of my very bestest friends is very black, and this woman he brings home is also very black (by which I only mean very dark, not light or medium skinned) and that is not why I do not like her, I do not like her energy. She is older and her sons have all done time, one recently was stabbed. I know she has had a rough life yadda yadda but I just don't like her and I do NOT like her staying in my home. If she were like Minxie I wouldn't mind but I also know that Minxie has way too much class to sleep with the likes of Jimmy.

I think "ungrateful low-life" describes him perfectly!

I also think the Powers-That-Be are happy with this decision as they are making sure that we know our finances will not suffer without him. Let's just say that for the first time in years I am *not* worried about money!!

Peace & Blessings,~*~Akiba~*~Pragmatic Visionaryhttp://yodamamma.blogspot.com/www.solay-twinflames.com

As far as the Poise..I'm grateful I haven't gotten to that yet. Maybe it's because the restroom at work is just right here and the one at home is just as close! If either were any further I might have to consider them!! LOL Remember, I am still a Newbie to this MS stuff anyway.

Thanks, Jackie. I will look into it! The dry mouth isn't really such a pain. I just drink alot. But pottying all the time gets to be a pain!!! LOLJackie Hanan wrote:

Tammy,…….sucking on hard candy is suppose to help with dry mouth. If you are watching sugar, there are sugar free ones too. Lemon drops are good ones. Also, there is a medicine they use for Sjogrens Syndrome which is a drying disease, and its suppose to help with adding moisture to the body/mouth, etc. You can probably find it by doing a search for the above disease.

Akiba! This is not discrimination on yours nor Rob's part; it is protecting your son,

and your home! Have a great 10th wedding anniversary, hopefully with a reasonable

tenant, possibly one who does drag in "the lover!" as well! Love to you and to all

who find themselves in this predicament! n

If what you say about this woman is true, that is no a surprise to me. You know what they say..."Birds of a feather, flock together." It is a shame that this is going on. Well, I do hope y'all talk to this creature soon. And I'll pray that he doesn't retaliate. People like him have a nasty way of getting back.

God bless, Val

-- Re: AKIBA!
