It's very important for most of us to have whole juice which includes all the natural fiber, such as you can make in a good blender like a vitamix. Your dizziness could be hypoglycemia from so much pure sugar going straight through your digestive system and into your blood with nothing to slow it down. When i make juice I use a little carrot, a little beet, some celery or cucumber and greens like spinach or parsley or beet greens, etc. Just a little beet and carrot, because they are both high in natural sugars. Whenever you read that something is powerful, that's a good clue to start with a small amount so you can guage your reaction. Some of us have to learn these lessons the hard way!Khaya>> I tried this and i have to tell you this is so very potent i think i inially took to much and i cant believe how dizzy i became i am talking the spinning ,room moving dizziness i should have read about side effects prior to taking it..Anyway its stated to be a powerful detoxifier of the liver and kidneys.>
