red beetroot juice to detoxify?

I tried this and i have to tell you this is so very potent i think i inially

took to much and i cant believe how dizzy i became i am talking the spinning

,room moving dizziness i should have read about side effects prior to taking

it..Anyway its stated to be a powerful detoxifier of the liver and kidneys.

Terence, did you make your own juice or buy bottled juice that was strained?

It's very important for most of us to have whole juice which includes all the

natural fiber, such as you can make in a good blender like a vitamix. Your

dizziness could be hypoglycemia from so much pure sugar going straight through

your digestive system and into your blood with nothing to slow it down. When i

make juice I use a little carrot, a little beet, some celery or cucumber and

greens like spinach or parsley or beet greens, etc. Just a little beet and

carrot, because they are both high in natural sugars.

Whenever you read that something is powerful, that's a good clue to start with a

small amount so you can guage your reaction. Some of us have to learn these

lessons the hard way!
