Here's what I do, it might help you. I soak my feet and when they're all soft, I shave the heels with a disposable razor. You do have to be careful, but your technique improves with practice. Start with an old dull razor, then when you are competent, go to a new one. This is the only thing that has ever helped me. Mine got so bad they were driving me crazy, cracking open and itching, and just looked horrible. Now they are smooth and crack free. It seems that exfoliation using friction, (stones etc) just makes more tough skin build up, like a callous, shaving it off doesn't encourage more growth. Good luck. If it is fungus, soak in vinegar water, or baking soda.

Sincerely,Robin Little

Ok this is gonna seem like a crazy question has anyone ever experienced extremely dry cracked feet caused by lyme?My derm cultured it thought maybe fungus but isnt.Moisturizers dont even help

A lot of lymies have hypothroid, one of the symptoms of which is dry, flaky

skin. Many of us put lotion or oil religiously on our faces and hands, but not

as often on our feet. And sweating inside shoes dries them out, too. Of

course, many of us (including me) also have fungus on our feet. I have avoided

using vaseline because it's not a natural product, but I know it works very

well. I've been using Vitamin E oil, and it helps somewhat, but I don't see any

real improvement. Interestingly, I've been at the lake visiting family this

week, and lying in the sun after swimming (just to dry out my bathing suit a

little : )) has helped the flaky rash on my legs. There's no better source of

Vitamin D than the sun!

Hi Khaya,

I find wearing sandals in the summer helps foot fungus a lot...

Have you tried using MMS? Or Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar?

Take care,

Jim

Hi Terry,Honestly I don't know for sure... I don't recall others talking about this, so I am guessingmaybe not a Lyme issue.. Vitamin E is the best thing I have found for skin issues, I just poke a hole in an E gelcap and rub it on.. This will heal, first you have to kill it, I'd try MMS, if it does not work,Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar, if not, then try Hydrogen Peroxide, the inexpensive kindin the drug store...And the other Terry brought up petroleum jelly, this is good also, put it on very thick, thencover with a thick sock, nighty nite... :-)Skin issues can be very difficult, my best guess is you are magnesium deficient, this may causeskin issues.. All Lymies are magnesium deficient, magnesium oil or IV magnesium are the two choices we have to replenish magnesium levels.. The purist magnesium oil comes from the

ancient Zechsten sea bed in Europe, this is a 250 million year old UNDERGROUND sea bed with NO current day pollutants....

All Zechstein mag oil is the same no matter who sells it! Swanson by far is the

low cost reseller of this oil and flakes.. Dr. Barbara Hendel brand is Zechstein

magnesium.

Coupon Codes for Swanson for extra discounts…

You can use only one code per order… Not all codes work, if one does, you save even more money!

http://dealspl.us/swansonvitamins-couponsI assume this is probably painful, so get some Vit E on it as soon as you can... I would use thisduring the day, petroleum jelly at night while sleeping. that soap info is very good and important I believe and it is good the places

that need soap regularly dont get much sun, at least wtih most of us. Up in

Massachusetts the aloe will not make the winter, i believe, as I have not seen

them. In the pot it is easy to not water them for some time, no problem to

their health, but when you need them you will be regreting it, because there is

more spine than juice! Great plant. I was shook, so I was like " I gave you

this pot, I water you and even gave you the bat guano, cure my sunburn it will

be your chance to make yourself useful around here, maybe I will take one of

your children and put it in its own pot and give it to somebody and tell them of

your usefulness! " Dead serious. You know, it might seem silly the first couple

times, but then you become sure that that stuff works. plants are like a highly

evolved antenna, just look at them. Most or all traditional peoples knew this.

I learned that in Ghana and in many books. Cameron.
