Guest guest
Hi Cheryl, I had to go back to the ER again today because I was beding over to pick something up, yes my knees were bent as best I could, and aggrivated that nerve more. The ER doctor tonight told me that I will need to get an MRI and it is something I will bring up with my primary doctor at my appointment on Monday. I know that I iddn't break any bones in my spine or pelvis region because the ER did X-rays, but the ER doctor tonight told me that I could have done other damage. I don't think I hurt my lower back in the fall because that doesn't even hurt, but you never know. I just finished physical therapy on my lower back from a previous injury there. I am having pain in the center of my back though. All of which will be brought up to my primary doctor! :-) Love, Becky in SD Cheryl in AZ wrote: I'm so sorry to hear you have fallen and have more pain as a result! However, " sciatica " is just a description of a symptom, it is NOT a diagnosis. Sciatic pain can be caused by lots of different types of damage, and until you have an actual diagnosis, you shouldn't undertake any sort of treatment. __________________________________________________
