Guest guest
I use both a cream with undecylenic( sp?) acid over the counter from CVS in the foot fungus isle and also African Shea butter cream.Even if the doctors miss fungus, it can still be there. also it never hurts to get a pedicure ...grins ...yeah I know men dont want to do that sort of thing often but after they soak your feet they help remove the dead skin, sometimes with a cheese grater if you ask them to.Or you can get one of those foot baths that bubble get products at a beauty supply store ( it couldbe for a gift for your GF or wife that way chuckle). You can get stuff that exfolliates the dead skin rubbing it in visibly you see dead skin rolling off the feet.It helps quite a bit. but I do find that african shea butter helps and sometimes coconut oil helps as well.most over the counter lotions have so many chemicals in them that you dont want to use anything but the purest shea butter or coconut oil you can find.I put up with the chemicals used in a pedicure because my heels can crack pretty deeply and it can get uncomfortable..also , the floors of bathrooms and showers used by multiple people can hold lots of bacteria ,and so do sweaty socks so keep things clean and change socks through the day a couple of times at least.extremely dry cracked feet Posted by: "Terence B" candlemn42@... candlemn42@...
