Guest guest
My 11 year old son had two deer ticks the spring of 2011. No rash, etc, etc...but if I remember correctly, he did have a fever, etc not long after the bites. Over the past year he has been increasingly lethargic...he can literally lay in bed all day watching TV...only getting up to eat. His western blot through Quest was negative (not surprised) but he was dealing with strep and his tests showed issue with mycoplasma. His last tests showed that the strep issue was going away. I figured since we started using the rife for my husband that if my son does have Lyme, he would have a herx reaction to a rife session...and he did. So at this point, should I just continue with the rife or are there other things I should add in (herbs, etc)? He also is compound heterozygous for the MTHFR mutation so he has methylation and detox issues. He takes methylfolate and methyl-B12 for this. He is also dealing with gut issues (pain after eating, etc) and I'm trying to get them figured out. We are on the GAPS diet so I'm hoping that will help him... Thanks for your help!
