Taking binders can help block things up because it is helping to push things out. If binders are making you constipated, it could be a sign that you do need them. It could be telling you that your body has stuff that needs to be pushed out but the stuff is getting clogged in the process. Taking supplements can help you to push the stuff out. Vitamin C is also great and it is good to build up to taking 3000 mg per day of bioflavonoid based Vit C when herxing and detoxing.
