Hi,

Sorry about the herxing, I'm having

the same problem, I find that I have to keep my time consistent. If

I'm using 432 and have gotten up to 10 min's total, I only add in a few

seconds onto my time and wait for the herx to pass, sometimes it takes

weeks before I can move my time up.

Also, if you're coiling with more than

one freq. that can make you herx more. For me, I feel it's best to

use one freq. at a time until you don't herx anymore, and then move onto

another, this may takes many months or longer to accomplish.

I've been coiling for over a year and

am on my 2nd freq.
