This is meant for Jan and then TB/Terry?Jan, I feel you must mean well, but telling someone"detox or die" and saying they don't want to get wellis harsh IMHO. I can understand that perhaps, you feelfrustrated by your efforts to disseminate info you feel isnot being heeded, but I think that it's best to offer the infoand then let it go and let the person do what's best for themwithout judgement. Rather than chastising them, whichis what I felt when I read your post, for not heeding your advice in your opinion. I feel if you feel frustrated with someone on the listor elsewhere, regarding giving advicelet it go, and let that person do what they feel is best. You do not need to put out any more energy and vent anger/frustration at them. If you feelyou are becoming angry could you perhaps step backthen and let it go...? They asked for input and you willingly gave it.It is

their choice as to what they do with it, and your choice to give it.Also, as I understand it TB is overwhelmed right now, as we all havebeen there, done/doing that and it's just so hard when one is so sickand overwhelmed. We all come to things in our own way. If you feelfrustrated by putting out energy and feel TB is not heeding your advice, please be gentle, remember how overwhelmed you have been in the past,(or perhaps currently), and leave it up to him/her as to what she does with the info.TB, detox is not fun, and neither is die off. Many of us have beenor are where you are with this. It truly is a nightmare for sure.We understand non-functional. I can say I definetly do after 6 yearstreating this tick borne illnesses (TBI's) and the collateral damage. It takes persistence for sure.I do agree that this disease often makes us sicker before better whentreating, and for most of us we have to

deal with many symptoms, esp. beforeseeing improvement. Unfortunately, few find a magic bullet andwe all have to figure out what works best for us as it is very individual.A rule I have is not to introduce more than one new thing at a time,as then I don't know what's doing what! And I start a very low, slow dosesand ramp up very slowly IF possible. I think it's better to start at very low doseand increase, than take too much and have to stop completely due to the effects. You can alwaysdecrease doses/back off to see if that gives you a break. Once I feel thatI know how I am doing with one thing and it is incorporated, I may introducesomething else. It depends...I have also found that the GAPS/SC diet is best for healing and natural slowdetox, in addition to other detox methods of course. Best to you both,CL
