Guest guest Posted January 20, 2008 Report Share Posted January 20, 2008 Cheryl, Kyla and L Thank you for the advice. I told my mother yesterday that I wanted to cancel the trip. That the last thing I wanted was to have my intentions misunderstood. Mom called me this morning, telling me that she talked to my grandmother and that grandma is looking forward to my coming down. I think i just did a very brave thing and called my grandparents just to say " hi " without mom's prompting or permission. We will see how this goes. I think I might go ahead and check out a local hotel. I am worried that the grandparents and mom will put pressure on me to stay at the house with them. Grandma is now home recuperating.
