Guest guest
You all know what I'm referring to...what was your unforgivable moment that gave you the strength to go LC or NC? For me-regarding my inlaws, it was Thanksgiving day, when fada--in-law busted in and verbally lashed out my children. For Nada...that come just a few nights back when I was in serious medical condition. She sat and watched in amazement...almost entertained by what she was seeing. I could have died that day, and she sat silently, smirking the entire time...i will not and can not forgive her for that...never ever. I hate her within the depths of my soul. It brings me great relief knowing that one day she and fada will die and I will not feel remorse...just frreedom. It is kind of like that line in the movie everafter, when Drew Barrymore's character asked her stepmother if she ever had the slightest bit of love for her, and her step-mother's reply was that " how could I love something as irritating as a pebble in one's shoe " . That is what I am to her...a pebble in her shoe. Tonight, I wrote a letter to them. In closing I said " it's so sad that you have tow wonderful children who are smart and successful, but they will never have the opportunity of enjoying that, because you are drowning in your own venomousness ridiculousness and will spend their entire lives not relishing in the fact that your kids are wonderful all because they will, for the rest of their lives they will insist on drowning in their own self pity and will forever refuse to believe it. I closed with, I'm sorry your made the choice to miss all the good things, those moments will never return and we will thrive in spite of you. That is your cross to bear. I haven't received a reply, but I got their reaction on digital recorder, so I am anxious to relisten to that. Night everyone...i'm exhausted.
