To Have Back Surgery or Not

I too, am one of the lucky ones who had a good outcome from back surgery. I

have a fabulous neurosurgeon who doesn't give false hope, is great with patients

and totally upfront about what he can or cannot do for you. Combat surgery

experience is a big plus in his favor for new, less invasive techniques also.
