Guest guest Posted June 23, 2006 Report Share Posted June 23, 2006 hello everyone its been along time since i wrote anything to this group but i am down to about 40 mg of geodon a day and 500 mg of depakote a day.and havent felt no side effects yet. first ive been going to the gym everyday for the past 2 weeks and going in the sauna for about ten minutes.theres a warning sign outside the sauna that said dont go in if your on meds but i remember going in there when i was younger and felt amazing afterwards.so i gave it a shot and went in there with a friend just so if anything happens and i felt fine.ive been doing it everyday since then.i read a book called the purification program the book is called clear mind clear body by ron l hubbard and its all about cleansing the toxics out of your body and taking the right supplements and vitamins which ive been doing.the book said dont do this program if on meds.well the past 2 weeks ive never had so much energy so much peace of mind and my mom said i have in glow in me of life. i stopped eating meat and am trying to consume as much of organic foods a possible.and eating veggies 2 to 3 times a day and making sure i get protien as well. i have noticed i kind of feel a lil bit on how i felt before i got put on the meds.i feel this time might be different.when i take a look at my life today i see how everything that i ever seeked from different forms of meditation from manifesting your own reality,creating you life with your thoughts and feelings,and reading tons of books on spirituality hearing audio tapes on achieving goals the laws of the universe and how to reach your peak performance i feel like its all on the table for me to use now that i feel a sense of freedom.i also have been seeing synchronicies that i feel the universe is telling me that im waking up to a high manifesting vibration.and the advice i need is should i flow with it and slowly do my med decreases like this group suggest i do which by the way even though i havent said much in awhile this group is a godsend. or should i maybe slow down going in the sauna maybe limit myself 2 to 3 times a week or maybe not go in it at all??? the advice i am giving is theres a form of meditation called chi kung specificly the flying pheonix celestial healing by terence dunn thats a form of energy exercise that helps balance out the energys within you.i havent had rambling thoughts lately but when i did have them i would do the excersises in my mind and i would feel a sense of calm and peace.and its great to practice during the day definetly quiets the mind and gives you a sense of relaxation. thanks a bunch chris __________________________________________________ Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
