COIL -how to gauge coinfection herxes

HI -- I just started treating bart and babesia with my coil, very short sessions ( 10 sec).. In your experiences do coinfeciton herxes behave similarly to herxes with borrelia? - What i mean is do they tend to come in delayed waves.?. I had a herx ( about 5 - 10 hours after the session)  with both 832 and 570, and am anxious to treat again but i don't wan to overdo and i can't tell when the process is complete. my system is sensitive, noisy and fragile right now.  When i treat Bb i wait a week in between but not sure if these are different.  I 'd really like to be able to treat bart more frequently.
