n.......RE: font size, Computer Alzheimer's; my computer, Herkimer failing fast!

Hi n,……I know you aren’t messing with us, and playing

games, we were only kidding around. J It just seemed strange that your fonts changed

for me after all this time we’ve been e-mailing back and forth? You said

my messages come as an attachment, your last message came that way too! In fact

the only way I could read it was by opening it up and it gave me a warning if I

did. I did anyhow because I knew it was from you. I do not have a MAC computer.

I use a McAfee anti-virus program, and I have this group listed as a safe contact.

My computer is a Dell, and I’ve only had it for a couple years. I have

noticed since I downloaded the newest version of McAfee there were all kinds of

“glitches” showing up and I had to disable a couple things. Then my

e-mail got all screwed up and I had my trusty Computer guy come fix it, and he

got everything back on track. But, that was way before there were any problems

with your font size. I only have one other friend that I have problems

with and she does have a MAC.

So I don’t know what to think about your e-mails? Now this one didn’t

come as an attachment, so I don’t understand why the other one did? I wish

I knew more about the internal workings of computers.

Rest assure my friend, we were just having a bit of fun with you, and in

our kidding I hope you were not offended?

This is the medium large size. It usually looks

larger than this. I am on other lists for other con

ditions, including two yahoo groups which I mode

rate, and those groups all prefer the smaller size.

I probably forget to increase the size for this group, if I have just

posted to one of the many

lists which I am on, including the two that I moderate.

What is important is for everyone to know that if

I accidentally forget and send the post in the smaller font, that is my

error and I am not " playing

games " with this; I would not do that, whether I am

sweet or not--debateable!

I do notice that ALL posts that I receive from Jackie

and some from Sharon

do indeed appear

on my computer to be very small font.

Some, in fact many of Jackie's

posts require that

I open an attachment as Yahoo has screened the

post with Symantec/Norton Anti-virus, which is NOT the system of

anti-virus protection which I use.

I also think that my poor computer, loyal Herkimer,

is winding down, and that I may not have enough

money to replace him for some time. I am engaging in massive

computer maintenance to free up space in his physical memory; I fear that

he may be developing Computer Alzheimer's!

I will try hard to remember to raise the font size when posting to this

list! Love to you all!
