Hi LorrieFor natural pain relief,I use Boswellia herb at least 4 capsules ,up to 6 at a time.also you can use frankincense essential oil directly on painful areas DLPA did not work for me, but then I have not responded to several things and each of us are different in which natural substances work.anti inflamatories in the natural world are boswellia, tumeric, Omega 3-6-9s(n flax seed oil etc), 2000 Mg a dose of good quality fish oil Barleans and natural factors i believe are pure sources.Keep in the fridge. rosewood essential oil .lavender oil, rosemary tea or oil stops muscle spasms.low back pain - evening primrose oil..One of my favorites is Lawang oil expensive but oh so worth it globallight.net I believe is a source. It is very strong when rubbed on so if you have sensitive

skin you might dilute it with a carrier oil, but it takes away pain quickly There is also a product called Wounded warrior. It takes away pain for about two hours , or you can try Sobra gel , make sure you get the one marked hot or heat which has capsicum in it.Capsicum works by numbing the nerve endings so pain impulses dont get to the brain and you feel no pain because the nerve ends are numbedalso large quantities of transdermal magnesium oil. Work up to 80 sprays several times a day full strengthHard to breathe herxing may be due to babesia.Move your binder closer to the detox methods like 1/2 hour to 45 minutes, rather than an hour and yes the temporary increase in symptoms is probably either herxing or the release of toxins recirculating in the body that were not caught by the binder.Kudzu is good for head symptoms , feverfew is also good taken daily for migraines.Source

naturals K mag KG will help detox and neutralize ammonia in the brainjanRe: OT: Pain (was) Hard to breathe--herx? Posted by: "Lorrie Richter" lorrie_richter@... lorrie_richter Date: Sun Aug 12, 2012 7:36 am ((PDT))Jim,Probably

part of the reason I'm more difficult to remember is my tendency to drop out for a while. I read responses, but it takes me so long to type out a decent post that it usually ends up in my "I'll do it tomorrow" list, especially now that we've started the new homeschooling year. Anyway,

thanks for the info. I do have the pain dr in my city to check with and

a couple of other decent-sized cities within 30 min to an hr from here,

other than the city where my dr is that I described before--might find someone there. Beyond that it would be 2 hrs or so one way, and since pain scripts always have to be picked up in person, that could be a problem. I still need to check on whether or not my ins. co. will pay for the drug testing; I don't have to do any drug testing at my

current pain dr's office. But it did occur to me that if I could get back to the point of just being able to stand in the kitchen and cook, it would save us soooo much money and be healthier than the take-out/convenience foods that we are currently having to rely on. That

would more than pay for any testing that isn't covered. Before I

do any switching though, I am trying more of the natural means of pain relief. That would be my first choice, of course. I'm trying to use the mag oil more. I'm also waiting until my first 3 weeks of Essiac is over to see how much relief I get from the bigger detox. I'm still having trouble fitting in the DLPA and the Lugol's, the latter of which I think

is really important to try. If candida problems are causing or contributing to the pain, then I'd rather treat the candida, and by default, the pain. It needs to be treated either way. The mention of Essiac is actually why I started this post, and I'm going to have to ask my question, then cut this short. (Bad day.) Since I started

on the Essiac a week ago, I have noticed some of my symptoms worsening.

A little research seems to confirm that the Essiac may actually be helping the candida problem I mentioned, and the die-off from that could

be causing some of my symptoms--bloating, nausea, stomach pain, etc. Also, if it is increasing my toxin load briefly as it pulls them out, that would explain a herx-like increase in my migraines, dizziness, and fatigue. Right? So, here's my question. Do I coil during all of this, or

keep waiting? Unfortunately, the last time I coiled, I way overdid it (15 sec.), and this week will be the fourth week since my last treatment, I think. I feel like I'm losing so much ground. So, if it were you, would you do a small treatment (5 sec or less), to be killing at least some Lyme, or would you wait until this first, hopefully most intense, round of Essiac is over? I am taking the Essiac just over an hour after breakfast, then my binder plus some EV coconut oil an hour or

so later, then wait at least another hour before any other food or medicine. It's inconvenient, but I want to use the binder as soon as possible after the Essiac to completely get rid of as many toxins as possible, and some nighttime meds make it more difficult to do at bedtime. Anyway, thanks for the previous info and any thoughts on this. I may not always respond quickly, but I read and value the responses. Thanks again. Hope everyone is seeing better days.
