hi sharee,i was treated for babs, with mepron and a few other potions.  it didn't work for me, but neither did the abx cocktails for 18 mos.  the best info i got for treating lyme and cos was to detox like crazy and use magnesium oil.  swansons has the best price i'v been told so i get it from there.

the detoxing was one of my big issues.  i use the essiac tea and got, and have kept, my g.i. track moving (gut dismobility) with about 10mg of vit c daily, oxy powder (magnesium product) at night, and enemas and coffee enemas.  the c.e. help keep the liver clear, which was  a big problem for me.  this has made the biggest difference in how i feel and how fast i clear a herx.

the other thing that has helped me is that i got off all pharmaceutical drugs.  they put me on a benzo. drug, klonopin (like valium, xanax) and it totally changed me and made me much sicker, and very difficult to get off of.  it has taken 18 mo. to taper off now, and i'v only got 1 mo. left of tapering off the drug. just my situation. if you are on a benzo, be very careful getting off. don't go 'cold turkey',  you can die of benzo withdrawal if done to fast.  get help.

  Hi all,I

have just recently been diagnosed with Lyme disease, after 20 years of symptoms and been misdiagnosed with motor neuron disease (like ALS) for 10 years. Sadly and luckily there is only one doctor in Western Australia where I live that will treat people with chronic Lyme.  He has

just given me abx for babesia which scares me because I don't  know how

he diagnosed me with it, he doesn't explain thing very well and it probably didn't help that I had a emotional breakdown in his office. I have never had abx for lyme or babesia before and after doing research and reading lots of post here I'm really worried about starting them and

potentially making everything thing worse.  The problem is that after reading the posts of this group I am not sure how to get hold
