I think I'm having the same thing except I'm still on my meds and want to get off them. Can you explain more about that and the muscle twitching. I seem to have the same thing. The muscle twitching is mostly when I'm trying to sleep or relax. The brain fog is horrible. I feel like I'm " zoning in and out " Everything goes " spacey " and feels so horrible. Does what you are going through sound anything like that? Take care, embee.
Guest guest
Embee and Kim, You are both describing symptoms caused by the drugs. Too-rapid withdrawal also causes these symptoms. Embee, the symptoms you describe are VERY common when on these drugs. Kim was having the symptoms because of too-rapid withdrawal, and they have improved since she went back on her regular dose. I'm glad to hear it's better, Kim! The key to treating these symptoms is to get off the drugs slowly and carefully, while eating properly and taking appropriate supplements to help your body rebuild what was damaged. The best place to start is the Eating For Recovery article in the Files. It's never too soon to start making changes in your diet to suppport your recovery. Kim, given your situation with multiple drugs, you might want to consider a consult with . It's by far the best way to handle a more complex situation like yours.
