And walking is great, plus the sunshine and fresh air will help, too. We have 8 pints of blood and a heart that pumps it continuously. But we also have 45 pints of lymph fluid, that clears out toxins and deals with infections, and it's pumped by muscles. Even sitting in a chair you can move your lymph fluid by tightening and relaxing your muscles. It won't be a cardiovascular workout, which adds a whole extra benefit, but it will get the fluid moving and help detox your body. A lot of folks, myself included...find that if they are sedentary for a long time, and start exercising...they feel flu-like symptoms in a day or two...because they are moving toxins around that have built up over time, but if you just keep going with gentle exercise this will go away. And drink LOTS of water. Enough to " pee clear " at least once per day. Just my .02 My best to you all, Dan
