I've heard a lot of terrible stories about neurontin. It is often prescribed for people with migraines when other medications don't work. A friend of mine tried it and had some very serious issues and side effects. This group advocates a very slow withdrawal. You don't mention the size of your reductions, but it's possible that they may still be too large. It sounds like your diet is generally good. You might want to take a look at the dietary guidelines posted in our files here. You mention that you don't eat much sugar....we do recommend eliminating all sugar here.
