Guest guest
Hi Donna, Yes I have been thru this I would suggest going to a pain management doctor. I had a procedure called a dennervation where they burned the nerve that caused all of the pain. This completely relieved the pain for 1 year till I bent over to pick up a can of soda that I dropped. I had to be taken out of my house by the paramedics and spend a week in the hospital with no bladder control. The docs then offered me to go to a nursing home. This was a huge problem because I was 37 at the time. I had my second laminectomy 6 weeks later. I have, thank G-d, not had any more back pain. So after two laminectomies, I was told that I needed to have a fusion which I refused. Donna, there is help, just be persistant. MRI's are not always accurate. Good luck, Debra in St. Louis
