My pain doctor's prescriptions and contract have a paragraph on them about

driving while taking meds. If you are pulled over and requested to take a blood

test and don't, your license is automatically suspended through an

administrative DMV process if something is found. If something is found in your

blood, no matter if you have a prescription or not, you can and will be cited

for DUI, and the doctor can't be held responsible.

I, for one, do drive better on my meds, have much clearer thinking and vision.

But the law is the law....oh well.
