I began withdrawing from them in May and did so over a

4 week period. I am still on Lithium. I was on the

other drugs since last September except the Wellbutrin

which I was on since January. I have been off sugar

and flour since August 18th and following a good diet

of fresh vegtables and fruits and chicken. I take

calcium and Vit c right now but no other supplements.

What do you recommend? Rita
