Guest guest
Hello, all. I just got the results today from my evoked potential testing and the urodynamic testing i had done last month. I'm wondering if anyone here can help me interpret them, since my next appt. with neuro isn't until October...Okay, here goes... Clinical interpretation of auditory evoked potential: This brainstem auditory evoked potential is essentially normal, however, to right ear stimulation, responses were not as well reproducible compared to the left. Clinical correlation is advised. Clinical Interpretation of visual e/p: These visual evoked potentials are abnormal bilaterally. There is prolongation of the P100 bilaterally implying bilateral lesions of teh optic pathway that are not further localizable. Hemifields did not yield any additonal information. Post op Dx of urodynamics: Detrusor motory hyper-reflexia and Acute and chronic cystitis. Sounds like a bunch of jargon to me, but it does sound like SOMEthing isn't right, do you agree? I'm just hoping this will get me a definitive dx....weird I know..... ~
