What is a high dose of zinc pls? He is also taking mag glycinate but not high. His vit A is 20,000iu. But it is interesting because I have been taking 32 miligrams of Biotin daily and I do not get the raw lips, but it does happen with high doses of Zinc. I also take 1000mg of Magnesium glycinate as I feel my body absorb it better than another type of magnesium, to help me to keep regular as biotin can cause constipation when taken in high doses.Olga>> Has anyone observed this! Some people can't tolerate that amount but I know others do, so it depends.In my case 40mg of zinc gave me raw lips, so I only take 15mg a day.I take magnesium glycinate because some people from other groups said that it is better absorbed by the body and is working very well for me.Olga> >> > Has anyone observed this!
