THe only problem with hiring a person who is pregnant is if the

agency you apply for requires a polygraph you cannot take it.

The babies heartbeat will register and provide false readings

(elevated heart rate, they will think you are lying about everything)

We had that problem where we could not hire a person who would have

been excellent because she could not take the polygraph.

Wow thats something I never considered! But being that I am just

finishing my 1st trimester perhaps they wouldnt put a heart beat

monitor that low on my abdomen? I have never done one before so I

really dont know? Well, I suppose I will take it one step at a time.

First I will get through the 1st interview and testing and see what

happpens from there. Thank you so much for all of your imput. I think

I will just keep my mouth shut for the time being.

This amounts to what those in HR call " adverse impact. " It's a lawsuit

waiting to happen.
