Last week I dragged myself thru a nasty chronic fatigue flare up caused by pushing a homeopathic a little too hard (brain fog--messed up the ND's written instructions and tipped into a healing crisis of mythic proportions). Looks like I'm shedding a virus and it's stirring up trouble with the vagus nerve. My son's neuro-chiropactor chatted with me about it for a few mins at my kid's appt this week (I was practically clinging to the walls for support) and suggested I try gargling--plain water--at least 1x a day for 6 weeks. Work your way thru a glass of water. He said it will stimulate and tone the vagus nerve. Then once I'm back on my feet we can take a look at my issues thru the neuro-chiro lens. Well, one week with the gargling and I already feel SOOO much better. I've got my 13 yr old started on it as well. Looking for more ideas, more info.
