Guest guest
I would avoid all the stearates. Apple Pectin & Grapefruit Pectin as Binders instead of Charcoal Are the ingredients below ok?Apple Pectin 300mg with cellulose, stearic acid and silica.Grapefruit Pectin 1000mg with stearic acid, acacia (vegetable) gum, modified cellulose gum, colloidal silicon dioxide, and magnesium stearate. Someone posted something on Stearates - are they being avoided? Bought at Henry's Market Health Food Store. Happy to receive feedback. Guest guest
Hi I am new to this group. My five year old daughter with autism suffers from multiple infections including parasites, clostridia, proteus mirabilis and others. A few months ago I used apple pectin powder, 1/8 of a teaspoon on about five occasions and she had a terrible regression, with yeast going through the roof and her losing all her potty training skills. Does anyone know why this would have happened/ A friend suggested that the pectin ripped out heavy metals and oxalate in the gut, causing this reaction. I am not sure what to think. Thank you Elena--- Στις ΚυÏ., 24/04/11, ο/η and Stan ÎγÏαψε: Από: and Stan ΘÎμα: Re: Apple Pectin & Grapefruit Pectin as Binders instead of CharcoalÎ Ïος: BorreliaMultipleInfectionsAndAutism ΗμεÏομηνία: ΚυÏιακή, 24 ΑπÏίλιος 2011, 17:15 You can buy apple pectin in bulk - no capsules. Guest guest
Is it available at health food stores like Whole Foods? When do you give it - does it mop up vitamins? Give with food? Thanks in advance.FranselSender: BorreliaMultipleInfectionsAndAutism Date: Sun, 24 Apr 2011 10:15:18 -0700To: <BorreliaMultipleInfectionsAndAutism >ReplyTo: BorreliaMultipleInfectionsAndAutism Subject: Re: Apple Pectin Grapefruit Pectin as Binders instead of Charcoal You can buy apple pectin in bulk - no capsules. Guest guest
I am on the west coast in Canada and get it at the health food store up the street. Have seen it at other health food stores also so I imagine Whole Foods has it. Just as their staff if you can't see it. I find it in the Bulk section of my health food store. I give it 1/2 - 1 hour after the antivirals, etc. Far as I know it does not mop vitamins etc since it is from a food source, but I could be wrong. Is it available at health food stores like Whole Foods? When do you give it - does it mop up vitamins? Give with food?
