Thank you very much Olga for this information. I will ask my doctor to order the test for my son. He is very high on nut breads and oxalate fruits that I am almost certain he is dumping oxalates plus he has excessive drinking + urination issues. I heard Biotin helps too. Our new doctor is also adjusting his diet from GF CF SF SCD to all that but high in carbs and protein. She does not allow fermented foods including raw ACV with Manuka Honey. She wants us to add in carbs like quinoa millet amaranth and corn - still no gluten and no rice and no foods grown below ground. She wants him to eat 5-6 small meals a day with 3 servings each of fruits and vegetables that have passed IGG IGE test . Use olive oil grapeseed oil and coconut oil. No bananas coz high glycemic index. This is only fruit not allowed. He has been herxing a lot from imbalance of his entire system. Epsom salt baths for detox - ok to use apple or citrus pectins and Miralax for good BM. Good probiotics. We have not started treatment for lyme yet until we strengthen his gut. Seems like a long road to recovery but we have to go slow to avoid bad reactions. My husband loves nuts that why they are always on the table and they are a temptation for me and I always end up putting a few in my mouth. That why I have been using Gold Coin Grass and it has been helping me a lot, at least now I urinate without pain , don't go to the toilet as much as I did and have a normal flow(not thin anymore).I will have to have another oxalate test in a few more months to see if the oxalate have gone down.Olga> > >> > > > > > ,> > > > > > A few weeks ago you asked me if I had tried Gold Coin Grass for urination/oxalate issues and I said that it didn't agree with me, but recently I re-introduce again in my protocol and it is doing a fantastic job in getting rid of my oxalate problems. Fransel,

Quinoa is very high oxalate and millet I think could be bad if you suffer

thyroid issues. In regards to corn if you give it to him try to buy organic as

he may develop other issues from the non organic one, as most corn is

Genetically modified. We do take Biotin to help the oxalate issues. I take 32mg

daily and my boys 24mg. Also is important to take magnesium as Biotin causes

constipation. I normally take 1000mg daily (morning and night) to keep regular.

We also do daily epsom salt bath and that helped a lot. I wouldn't use miralax

as it causes further damage to the digestive track, I would use more magnesium

to keep him going to the toilet rather than miralax, many other groups disagree

with it use on our kids.

Good luck with the introduction of the new protocol.

We are in Australia and it was done by pathcare a lab paid by medicare.

But I have no idea who does it in USA, perhaps someone from the group could

answer that question.
