The gold coin grass I am using is in granuls and it is some sort of powder that

I put in capsules and my boys and me take one 3 times a day.

Perhaps you could try to do that as I didn't find any pure GCG in caps, just

with other ingredients in it and I din't want them like that.

I am so happy with that product as my I burning, constant and painful urination

is gone now.
