Guest guest
Bethany,First I've heard of coconut flour - real awesome . Do you grind it yourself or ready-made? Do you have other flours you use to make bread for rotation on low oxalates? Are you looking at www.lowoxalate.com?FranselFrom: "bethany_stringham" Sender: BorreliaMultipleInfectionsAndAutism Date: Tue, 26 Apr 2011 17:49:24 -0000To: <BorreliaMultipleInfectionsAndAutism >ReplyTo: BorreliaMultipleInfectionsAndAutism Subject: Re: intravenous Treatments Fransel,We are starting low oxalate too and are having good success with coconut flour instead of nut flourBethany> >> >> >> > Hi, my son has some thin vertical streaks across the top of his > >> back. Guest guest
Fransel, I just googled " coconut flour recipes. " There is a muffin recipe out there that is yummy. I have to confess, we decided to try the SBP diet (low manganese) and now we're not eating coconut anymore! I'm so disappointed because it was sooo good!
