of the day other vitamins it doesn't make a difference when you take them as

long as you do !

, I haven't worked out any plan yet. If I can keep down my vitamins

I'm doing real well for that time of the day. So, I have no idea what

time I'll rise and shine, but I usually start off with iron & vit C.

Then I'll do a shake and e-mail pause, then work in water and vitamins

and meds. Then more water, now here's probably where I should jump on my

glider, so being that you girls will be checking I'll do it!! Another

Protein shake and so on. I'll probably wing it, then go check what you

guys have posted and follow your instructions.

I just looked on the bloody bottle and I picked up the wrong one off the

shelf

at GNC. It is Calcium Carbonate. So now I must exchange them for

Calcium Citrate and also return the timed release C that I got. How much

C in a day? I feel like a real pest.

OK, that's HOW MANY pills = 600mg? 2? 3? 4? If so, you'll that combo 4 times

daily to get 2000mg calcium. See?

Thanks,

4? = 600

So, no, you'll take 4 pills, 4 times per day to get a net of 2000mg.

If they're calcium citrate, they're not 600mg per pill

If they are Caltrate 600, that's carbonate (and they're about 2 pills = 600),

but they are useless for us, unless, of course, you had always hoped for a

kidney stone of your own!
